Whitelists [ Whitelisting]

  • Whitelisting is an automated process that occurs when a new user has created a new account. This process can take up to 3-4 hours (1 server cycle). The user may also have problems if their account was registered before 2015, they will need to log into the service via TeamSpeak and talk to the administrator for assistance.
  • To make sure that you are on the white list, you need to find out if your forum account is linked to STEAM. Go to My Settings -> Profile Settings -> STEAM Manager and enter your steam account details. If you used steam login for forums, then you have already successfully linked steam to an account on the forum, and all you need to do is go to “Profile Settings” and come up with an E-mail and password, they will be used to log into the BP launcher.

Message: Kicked off the Game

  • This message usually means that you have invalid/missing files or that some of your files are faulty. This problem is difficult to diagnose. Try disabling all mods from Arma 3 and running it again. You can also try checking Breaking Point and Arma 3 files for integrity. To check Breaking Point files, open the launcher and go to the Installation and Updates tab.

  • To check Arma 3 files, right-click on Arma 3 in steam and select Properties. Go to the “local files” tab and click the “Verify cache integrity” button.
  • If the error is still valid, go to the ARMA 3 launcher settings and remove the restrictions on logs and signature verification. Now, when you connect to the server, it should tell you what file is kicking you. Find this file in the folder with the mod and delete it, then check the integrity of the ARMA 3 and BP cache, they will download the missing files.

  • The best solution to this problem is to completely remove the mod and reinstall it.
  • Before installation, temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall. If you don't want to do this, add the mod to exceptions.

Breaking Point Exception Error

  • This is caused by the BP launcher being blocked. Run the launcher as administrator and disable your antivirus/firewall. It is also recommended to update the .NET Platform and C++ Visual Framework

Login Failed: The Request Timed Out.

  • This may be caused by the antivirus/firewall or the login server has crashed and you need to wait a bit.
    To bypass the login, hold SHIFT and double click on the launcher to open it offline. You will still be able to play, but your stats will not be tracked. This problem resolves itself within a few hours.
    If you have ever installed Hamachi, this may also be causing the problem and you should uninstall it and see if that helps.
