If suddenly you had a viral Yandex Browser shortcut, then if AdwCleaner removes it, then don’t worry. True, I don’t quite understand what happened to that Trojan, well, which was in the HitmanPro quarantine.. In general, where is this quarantine? So I asked myself this question, and started looking for the Quarantine folder on the system drive and finally found it, here it is:

C:\ProgramData\HitmanPro\Quarantine

If anything, this is in Windows 7, I think that in Windows 10 it is also here, well, as a last resort, you can look for it on the system drive, this is the easiest way to find this folder. To be honest, I don’t know what this is, but the first thing that came to mind was that there was an encrypted Trojan lying here, neutralized, so to speak.

But how to delete files in HitmanPro quarantine? I found out how to do this by accident, but in short, look, you need to launch HitmanPro again, then in the window at the bottom there will be a Settings button, click it. Next, go to the Log tab, there will be a Quarantine tab inside, check the box for Files located only in Quarantine, and there I saw the Trojan that was found during the scan, look, this file:


To remove this Trojan from quarantine, you need to check the box next to it and then click the Remove button below. Everything was deleted for me without any jokes, that is, without problems
