Now we will add the language bar utility to startup. If the Windows 7 language bar has disappeared, then this method must be followed! First, try downloading the file . Then unpack the archive and run the file. Messages will appear; we agree to the changes everywhere by clicking on the “OK” button. If this cannot be done, then we do it manually.

Next, go to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. After that, in the right part of the window, right-click on an empty space, select “Create” - “String parameter”.
