1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This job description defines the duties, rights and

responsibility of the precision photolithography operator.

1.2. The decision on appointment and dismissal is made

1.5. A precision photolithography operator must know:

– purpose, structure, rules and methods for adjusting equipment,

devices and instruments (microscopes, ultraviolet and infrared lamps,

thermostat, contact thermometers and viscometers);

– photolayer development modes;

– technological methods of etching various materials (silicon oxide,

metals, etc.);

– selection of exposure and etching time;

– basic properties of photosensitive emulsions and their components;

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

2.2. Perform exposure, development and duplication of the photo layer, as well as etching

various materials (silicon oxide, metals and multi-component glasses, including

multilayer structures made of various metals) according to the modes specified in the technology.

2.3. Control the quality of etching.

2.4. Perform heat treatment and washing of photomasks during their operation.

2.5. Prepare solutions for development and etching.

2.6. Filter photoresist.

2.7. Remove photoresist in acids and organic solvents.

2.8. Carry out work to protect the surface of the plates with a passivating film.

2.9. Control the quality of the wedge, development and etching on microscopes.

2.10. Measure the viscosity of the photoresist.
