3. Add the item to your cart.

After selecting a product, you find yourself in the product card. Here you can find out basic information about the product or read its full description, check its availability and price in different pharmacies in the city.

If you are ready to order a product, select the required quantity using the “+” and “–” buttons, and then click “Add to cart”.

Below in the product card you can see the availability of the selected drug in pharmacies in your city, indicating the price at which it is sold in a particular pharmacy and availability (1 piece, from 2 to 5 pieces or more than 5 pieces).

To find the pharmacy you need, you can use a map, a filter by city district, or a search bar where you just need to type the first letters of the street.

After you have added an item to your cart, a notification window will appear indicating that the item has been added to your order. You can continue choosing drugs on the website by clicking “Return to shopping”, or you can start placing an order by clicking “Go to cart”.

4. Go to cart.

Once you have found all the products you need, open your cart. To do this, click the appropriate button after adding a product or click on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen

5. Confirm the contents of your order.

In the cart you can change the quantity of an item (using – and +) or remove it from the order using a cross at the end of the line with its name. Click “Place an order” to proceed to selecting a pharmacy and ordering goods.

6. Select a pharmacy.

Using a map or a list of pharmacies, you can choose where you will pick up your order from. Only those pharmacies that fully or partially have your order in stock are displayed.

You can select a pharmacy convenient for you on the map. When you click on the pharmacy icon, a card will open with the pharmacy’s address, contact phone number, opening hours, and order amount. Also, if a given pharmacy does not have any items from the order, you will immediately see how many items from the total quantity in the cart are in stock. When you click “Select a pharmacy” you will proceed to complete the order.

When you click on the availability line in the pharmacy card, you will go to the availability and cost of goods from the basket at the selected pharmacy.

The list of pharmacies under the map is divided into two parts: with a complete and incomplete order. For pharmacies with an incomplete order, it is indicated exactly how many items are in stock out of the total quantity in the cart.

To find out the cost and availability of goods at a specific pharmacy, click on the pharmacy’s address or the “+” icon. To select a pharmacy to order from, click the appropriate button.

If the pharmacy convenient for you does not have complete availability of goods, you can place an order for goods that are currently in stock at the selected pharmacy. The remaining items will remain in your cart and you can order them from another address.

When placing an order with partial availability, a warning window will appear indicating that the order is incomplete. To continue registration, click “Yes”.

7. Complete your order.

To place an order, you must fill in your contact information. If you have already ordered goods on our website, then you can log in using the “For returning customers” tab.

If you are placing an order for the first time, use the “For new customers” tab. After entering your name and phone number, click “Send code” and go through verification by entering the sent code in the field that appears.

After you finish entering your contact information, click “Place an order.”

After this, you will receive an SMS and an email with your order number. The letter may also contain a login and password if you have not previously registered on the site.

When your order is ready, you will receive another SMS. Only after notification that your order is ready, we are waiting for you at the pharmacy of your choice. An order reservation is valid for 24 hours after it has been collected at the pharmacy. To receive your order, you will need to provide its number, present a prescription (if any of the drugs are prescribed) and pay.

8. Track your order.

If you have not registered on the site before, then when ordering you will automatically register. You will see where you can track your current orders. To go to your personal account, hover over your name in the upper right corner of the screen and select “Personal Account” in the list that appears.

In the “Current Orders” section you can find out the number of your orders and their status. Statuses can be like this:

The booking period is 24 hours from the moment a specialist calls from the pharmacy confirming the order; if for some reason our specialist was unable to reach you by phone within three hours, then the order will be terminated; orders are processed during pharmacy business hours;
a specialist from the pharmacy will confirm your order by SMS message and, if necessary, clarify the details of the order (availability in the pharmacy, cost, dosage, etc.); an order without confirmation from a pharmacy specialist via SMS message or phone call is invalid;
The website displays the minimum cost of the product in a particular pharmacy and the total number of packages of this product. It should be noted that the cost of goods in a particular pharmacy may vary depending on the batch of goods. How to order?
